One of the yummiest, cheap lunches I've had. We were in Ginza at Matsuya, the shi-shi-est department store in the most high-end area of Tokyo...think Cartier and designer names. The meal was soba noodles in YAM- so good! The yam is white and like a paste...I know, it sounds bad, but it is sooooo good.
